Today and tomorrow, the Highlands CC club-wide staff is taking part in an incredibly interesting team building program. Gregg Patterson served as general manager of the Santa Monica Beach Club for 34 years. He now travels the world teaching clubs and organizations about leadership and club management. Gregg is very energetic and very entertaining. We are lucky to have access to an individual with his experience!
