After the past few rain events, its become apparent we have an issue with runoff getting onto lawns 2 and 3 from the road and neighboring property above. In order to solve the issue, we are going to build a berm and basin/drainage network above the lawn to catch the water and divert it to Club Lake. This work will start tomorrow (Thursday).
