This irrigation leak on the 15th hole shows you the age of our irrigation system. The top of the swing joint is so badly rusted, there is a hole in the pipe that was leaking at a fast rate. To fix this, we will need to replace the entire swing joint the connects the sprinkler head to the irrigation pipe. These types of repairs are messy and time consuming (and thus, costly) and one of the main reasons that HCC is due for a major irrigation upgrade.
