Every month, department leaders meet in the golf maintenance building for a safety meeting to discuss staff training and also ways to keep our members safe. Yesterday, we had a management specialist visit the club from our insurance company. The safety pitfalls at all Clubs are essentially the same, so it's interesting what these folks can pick out as they walk around. It's eye opening for all of us.
