Naturally, the perennial ryegrass overseed checks out and the Bermudagrass comes back in full force. However, think about the wear and tear of having 40,000 people a day on the grounds! In short, there is a lot of resodding that needs done to prepare the Bermuda turf for overseeding the following September. These guys are the best at it and have the process down.
