What a great article that hits home for me. As a young Superintendent 12 years ago, I always thought I could do it all myself. Once Greg taught me the value in good hires, I learned there was untapped potential I never would have reached without quality assistants. Christian Drake and Chad Stockton are the finest assistants in the business and I am honored to be on the same team. When the time comes and they move up the ladder, they will both do big things once they assume the role of Superintendent.
