This is an interesting statistic. If you were to look at these answers 5 years ago, it would be a very different picture, with golf maintenance budgets decreasing annually. It appears many facilities are holding steady or trending upwards. Hopefully this is a positive reflection of the game. I for one, always felt golf courses were over built for sometime and the retraction was just a natural process. There seems to be many who somehow feel golf will "recover" to late 1990's levels, something I feel is unrealistic and not totally a bad thing.
