This week's forecast is calling for rain through today, then ending by late tonight. Tomorrow it appears to be warm once again with sunny skies into Wednesday. Thursday morning there is another 70% chance of rain that will move through and be out by Friday. Temperatures will stay warm well into Thursday with highs Tuesday reaching into the mid 60's. Temperatures will drop moving into the weekend with lows falling into the lower 20's.
With all of our seasonal staff finishing up last week, we now will have our skeleton crew until March or April of next year. With low staffing numbers we will have to focus the entire group on priority projects in order to keep moving forward through the winter. Tomorrow the majority of the crew will be back out shaping bunker faces. Weather permitting we will hopefully be able to have most of the edges sodded by Christmas. Jerry Dalton will be back out aerifying later this week and hopefully be able to finish up if the weather holds also. After Jerry is finished aerifying we will be able to move forward with verticutting and topdressing fairways. Please continue to check back for any weather and project updates through the week!
