Nasty Weather night and morning!!! Mudslides, "waterfalls" where there shouldn't be any, standing water, limbs and other debris all over the roads - and hanging over the road. 2.95 inches of rain in the last 24hrs, according to our weather station. (3.28" for Highlands area). Driving down the Gorge Road is just about like driving under Bridal Veil falls!! Be careful in your comings and goings if you are in Highlands! What was a nice, dry summer is being made up for all fall. We will reach our annual average after being over 30" behind in August.
I will be going in shortly to the Club and will report back any damage on the golf course. While the warmer weather is nice (65* currently), we need cold weather for the benefit of the turf!
