Weekly Update

This weeks forecast is calling for mostly sunny skies with temperatures warming back up into the mid 40's at night, and into the mid 60's during the day.  There is no chance of rain as of right now through the week and all the way up until next Monday.  It appears that we will be able to avoid frost later in the week with warmer overnight temperatures.

On the golf course this week we will be continuing to utilize staff as much as possible.  When frost keeps us from accessing the golf course, it allows us to begin work on a few of our winter project items.  Through the months of October and November it is crucial for us to complete the majority of these task.  This is due to our seasonal staff leaving after December 1st.  This morning we will start splitting wood for the clubhouse cellar, along with removing some of our annual plants that were killed by the frost yesterday.  Later in the week we will be spraying fairways and greens.  Please continue to check back with us through the week for updates!  Below is a picture from this past weekend.  The leaves have seemed to peak and are starting to fall fast!
