Click the link for interesting breaking news out of Washington. It appears the WOTUS rule that is in a complete state of confusion and understanding is blocked, at least temporarily.
Although this rule is extremely confusing and not at all understood, it has potential to impact golf courses. Many fought this simply because they did not know enough about what it calls for.
