Above: what appears to be sand filled aerification holes on many greens are actually ball marks that have been repaired by my staff. We have a tremendous problem with golfers who don't know how to properly repair a ballmark as you can see below. If you are going to fix a ballmark like the one below, I just assume you not do it at all. That will do far more damage than leaving it be for my guys to repair properly.
