With the weather a bit wet and shaky, we started stripping sod around the PG today. It is difficult to be on the 11th hole when wet because of the slopes around the greens. Part of what we did involved digging 3 test pits on the "peninsula" to determine if and how much rock was under there. Fortunately, there is NONE which means we can proceed with our PG plan with no modifications. That is good news for this project.
