As you may know, OEI grows a majority of the herbs, and vegtables used in their kitchen. Today, Kaleena and I visited with Dave Taylor, the mastermind behind these beautiful gardens. While we are not 100% sure we will, I am working on building a smaller version of this operation on Club property. More to come!
