Today is the 23rd Annual Rotary Golf Tournament at Highlands CC. The event is a win for both HCC and Rotary. It generates money for the club at this slow time of year and is also a good fundraiser for the Rotary Club. Brian takes the over as President of this 95 member Club on July 1.
