Today we started cleaning out the "hole" between the #2 and #3. We are doing our best to make this area more attractive. A new headwall was built to replace an old cinder block wall in the area. The moss covered concrete box is a reminder of our very first irrigation system installed in the 1940s or 1950s. Water would fill the box and could be pumped to areas around the course.
