Resodding

As you know, our roughs often become infested with creeping bentgrass, rough bluegrass and Poa annua.  It is one of the perils of having an old golf course in an are that receives 90" of rain annually.  However, we make an effort to resod the worst areas with fresh kentucky Bluegrass, that gives the holes great definition.  This year, we are resodding the #5th hole, #3 green complex, #11 and other misc areas.  This is no small undertaking for the skeleton crew we have!  To date, we have roughly laid about 2.5 acres of rough in-house!
