Fairways started receiving a layer of sand this morning. By the end of the week, we hope to have about 300 tons of sand on the ground. With the Club's East Campus improvement project, we will be gaining more area where we can store a load or two of sand through the season. When that occurs, we'll be making very light applications of sand to fairways through the season, on a monthly basis. This regular interval will continue to improve our fairways even more. Right now, the only location we can dump a load of sand, is the Clubhouse parking lot, which can't be accessed during the season.
