With the employee housing project wrapping up, it's up to our team to work on some final grading and also landscaping. Seeding and strawing areas around the new structure was our first task, especially with rain coming this next week. There is a lot more to do here. Planting a lot trees in the next few months will be important in order to screen the building from Dillard Road. We'll also be doing some additional grading along the entrance to improve the look from the road. It's difficult pulling staff from the golf course to work on this, so that is the reason it won't all happen at once.
