Highlands CC golf course architect, Ron Forse, spent the last two days at the Club looking at a number of projects. Some of these projects are for the upcoming off-season and others are long term projects that we are continuing to study. Above, Ron met with members of the Golf and Green Committees on #11 approach to discuss an idea to reshape the slope to prevent balls from rolling back down the fairway. Over the next two months, we will work closely with the Strategic Planning committee along with the Finance committee to determine the level of funding we’ll have this November. That will ultimately determine how many and which projects we’ll be working on this winter. The only project that is definitely scheduled for 2022-2023, is the front nine irrigation project.
