This is a great old advertisement for the infamous Merion wicker-basket flagstick sets. Although the add is hard to read, it says they can be cut to any height and “can be seen a mile away.” It ends by saying a full set of 18 flagsticks/ baskets costs $50 or a set of nine for $26! Inflation must have been lower back then! 🙂
