Our Strike Guard Lightening Detection system is currently out of order and will be until Monday or Tuesday of the coming week. We are waiting on 2 key components that shipped out this afternoon from their headquarters in Tucson, AZ. Please use common sense during these next few days and exit the golf course when you hear thunder off in the distance. While the lightening alarm is a great tool, it can also make for a false sense of security and no alarm should ever override your gut feeling while on the golf course. Every year, the USGA claims 13-15 golfers are killed on golf courses from lightening strikes.
Thank you for your understanding on this matter! Be safe!
