The spring of 2022 seems like it keeps dragging on. While I am happy with the condition of the greens, I certainly hoped we would be further along by now. When the temperatures level off and we get warmer night temps, the greens will be right behind. Until that happens, the turf isn’t growing through the sand and closing the aerification holes that remain on the putting surfaces, as fast as we would like. Historically, we are usually looking good by the first week of May and my hope is, we aren’t too far behind that. In the meantime, your patience is appreciated while we wait for some consistency on behalf of Mother Nature.
