Last night, our aquatic plant order we placed 3 weeks ago, was delivered. Variegated Iris and 2 colors of pickerel weed were planted in the areas left of #12 fairway. This area has been somewhat of an eyesore and my hope is that these plants take over the area. It will be much more attractive and also make a good habitat for a number of species. Unfortunately, planting aquatics isn’t instant. What we plant this year will take hold and return with a vengeance, next year.
