With the season now winding down, we are going to start some necessary maintenance practices. Please be aware of these dates if you plan to be around during the coming month. The golf course will also be closed on Mondays.
November 2nd: we will be aerating and topdressing the practice facility tee.
November 9th: we will "DryJect" the greens two directions and the approaches one direction.
The first week of November: we will start the process of aggressively verticutting the approaches with a "sand-box Graden machine."
3rd week of November: we will more than likely be aerating fairways like #3, #5 and #6 hillsides, #9 and #12.
After the course closes, we will finish the remainder of the aerification, aggressive verticutting and topdressing of the golf course.
