This fall we've had some more visitors to the Club in terms of ducks. On #1 this morning was a family of Mallards in addition to a Mottled Duck (best I can tell). Migratory birds are always fun to watch and in another month or two, the hooded mergansers will be back on Club Lake. The many barn swallows that call #18 bridge home during the summer, have already left for their seasonal home in Central and South America.
