This afternoon, our irrigation pump station service contractor pulled the drive shaft out of the building along Club Lake, below #18 tees. This type of service is required from time to time and the reason the building has a hatch/ trap door in the roof. Four bolts hold the roof hatch on and in 5 minutes, we can have it off to give crane access to the three 100-horsepower pumps that control our irrigation system. We are in the process of replacing a motor, driveshaft and new control panel.
