Today, we had huge effort ahead of us following the remnants of Zeta. We drove the tractor up to the old Forrester cottage, now owned by the Club and where we store some equipment due to lack of space at the maintenance facility. We pulled into the driveway only to find this massive Oak. It took us an extra 1/2 hour to clear our way to the chipper so we could start on the golf course. With tee times starting at noon, we needed every minute we could get. We still got caught by golf, which drastically slows down the cleanup effort. A majority of the staff will work the weekend in order to finish cleaning up the golf course.
