This is the culvert between #8 and #9, just below the ladies tee. While we still have drainage challenges on the 9th hole (we plan to fix this winter), all of the water coming from this culvert is water that was captured in a 2009 drainage project on the hole. This isn't part of a creek, this is 100% groundwater that is captured below the surface and routed to the 12" culvert that you see here. The culvert starts up near the left bunker next to #9 green. Next time you look at this, just think about the amount of water that's constantly moving under your feet!
