Lots of indoor activities...

Above, all sorts of things are going on.  New tee markers are drying on top of the roof of an arbor/ trellis that will hold a porch swing at the Fairway Villas.  The tee markers, made of rhododendron trunks from the golf course, are an annual project.  We cut them in 10" lengths and then use a chop saw to cut 45 degree angles on each followed by the respective paint color.  Four sets of tees requires us to make 40 of each color (36 for the golf course plus a 4 spares of each color in case one disappears or breaks) or 160 total tee markers.  That's 1,600 inches of rhododendron or, 134 feet!

Jerry Dalton is at it again!  He has his hands in a lot of different projects and this particular one, Jerry is putting a wainscoting casing or wrap (for lack of better description) around a plate warmer/ rack that is used in the clubhouse during buffet service.  He is focused on the details and installing a nice trim piece around the top edge to finish it off.  In the end, a darker stain and polyurethane finish will make it blend into the clubhouse interior.  This will make the presentation more appealing compared to the stainless steel it is constructed of.
