On #10, we installed a concrete lattice product before the cart bridge to alleviate the worn turf issues. I have a specific plan in mind for this and once the turf is established, the concrete with disappear. I'm very curious how well this will do. Keep in mind, this product does meet the State of NC guidelines as a pervious surface. I could see this working well in driveways for those who meet their built apon limits and need an alternative surface for their driveway.
