This winter, the 10th hole will get a face lift of sorts. We have a lot of creek bank restoration, erosion repair and ultimately installing new grass in the roughs. Measure Map has been an iPad application that is invaluable to me. It allows me to measure square footage and distances anywhere in the world. You can see below how I use it to plan and properly budget for a specific hole.
As you can see, the 10th hole will require approximately 85,000ft2 of sod or 9.4 tractor trailer loads. This equates to 1.95 acres of grass.
