This week's forecast is calling for a chance of some wintery weather today with highs reaching possibly the mid to upper 30's. Temperatures will drop tonight to around 12* with a 50% chance of snow moving into tomorrow. Through the rest of the week things will continue to stay cold with lows dropping into the single digits on Wednesday, while barley breaking into the 30's on Thursday. With only 1-2" of snow/rain forecast, thankfully there is not much winter weather to be expected in Highlands this week.
On the golf course this week we are continuing to wrap up our project list whenever the weather will cooperate. With temperatures today forecast to reach into the upper 30's, we were able to get out and about first thing this morning. Today Jerry will be installing a few sections of the #18 bridge railing, while Matthew Green and Kyle Keener have started grinding and removing stumps on the property. The rest of the crew is working on a planting project at the condos and will be headed to install a drainage project on the course hopefully mid week.
