Our dredging project will be going into the first part of April. We hit a lot more sand than aticpated which requires a lot more water volume and time to pump. In addition, weather delays in February slowed us down. Once pumping is complete, it will take a couple weeks for the material to dry and be suitable to haul off. At this point, I am looking at the 3rd week of April before this project is behind us. Once that is finished, we do have a tremendous amount of resodding to do where the giant sediment bags sat. Your patience will be required as we wrap this project up. For safety reasons, I will most likely put the tee markers on the fairway and the 10th hole will have to play short for the month of April. The 10th cart path will be blocked during this project and the 10th hole will need to be accessed by going down Hummingbird lane and throught the back yard of the Berg home behind the 14th green.
This also will delay us getting our dump area at the driving range grassed. We will work with the golf shop to minimize the amount of range balls that can roll into that area.
