Cleaning up the course is continuing today in addition to grading out the area below the 12th tee boxes. This area will become additional turf and wildflowers.
The golf course and greens are starting to glow! Its amazing what this rain and "warmer" weather has done. While the turf is greening up, it isn't necessarily actively growing. We need some nice, sunny 65-70 degree days for that. We are going to mow fairways for the first time next week. It is going to be a great year. The turf is coming out of winter beautifully.
