Tuesday

 
Above, the HCC staff is working to remove logs from the golf course.  This is the large Oak tree that was removed from the left side of the 13th hole.
 
Below, our tree crew is removing a white pine on the 15th hole.  The tree crew has been on site daily since late November.  In most cases, I'll have them piece the tree down and our staff comes behind and cleans it up.  This gives us the most bang for our buck.  We have a lot of tree work (limbing and removal) to accomplish during the next few years.
 
 
Team members, Gary and Jerry, are getting the fairways cleaned up from aerification.  You can't beat the weather we have this week!  It is beautiful with high temperatures near 50*.
 
 
Below, you can see the sediment bag is about 2' tall.  This equates to 222 cubic yards of sediment removed from the pond on #10 to date.  This bag will be 5-6' tall when full.
