The Town of Highlands is in the process of making repairs to the Lake Sequoyah dam in addition to moving the location of the water intake that supplies the town's drinking water. In order to do this, draining the lake was required. This is the view from the canoe dock! Believe it or not, golf balls are visible in the lake. We can only hope these washed in from the course and not hit here!
