After a snowy weekend in Highlands it appears things will be warming up as we get into the week. With highs reaching 60* for most days, it will be great weather to continue all of our projects around the course. There is a 40% chance of rain on Wednesday and Thursday, that will have cleared out by the weekend.
On the golf course this week we have our first load of Kentucky Bluegrass arriving Monday. This sod will be used to finish our project on #15 approach. Any remainder sod will be laid on the left side of #6 fairway. There will be a crew continuing our underbrushing project below #5 ladies tee, while Lyn Zalapa will be working hard to knock out the cart path curbing areas. Lastly we will be aerifying the 12th fairway with our walk behind aerifier, and when done there we will do the driving range tee too.
