The green committee discussed a few modifications to tee markers at yesterday's meeting. In response to that, I was able to purchase a reclaimed beam from a barn in Ohio. This is another example for the Green and Golf committees to review. It offers a much more rustic look compared to the clean cut reclaimed barn wood tee markers we have now.
It is my personal opinion, that when we look for accessories like this, I ask myself, "what would have been used in 1928?" Chances are, it was something inexpensive and readily available, thus native.
