I have a certified arborist coming to take a look at the American Holly behind the 14th green. This is a prominent tree we certainly don't want to lose. I have also sent a branch off to Penn State University for diagnostic work. There is clearly rot at the base of the tree and it is no doubt at the end of its life. However, I would like to be able to prolong its life a bit longer and will do what ever is necessary to make that happen.
