We are doing everything we can to protect the Holly behind the 14th green. Today, Appalachian Tree is doing a verti-mulch/fertilizer treatment in addition to trunk injections. As I mentioned before, this tree is nearing the end of its life based upon the amount of visual rot at the base of the tree. Hopefully we can keep it around for a few more years. Our arborist also thinks it is suffering from damage due to last winter.
