We worked on a few irrigation electric issues. Most members don't realize how much wire and pipe runs beneath the golf course and Club grounds. All of it requires constant upkeep and maintenance. During the winter, wires can be accidentally hit with aerifiers or trenches and not realized until we start the irrigation system and realize certain sprinkler heads aren't worker. I personally always enjoyed electrical troubleshooting. It is very rewarding to find the problem.
Below, we repaired an irrigation break in the ductile iron 6" line that runs under highway 106. Getting into that culvert to work is not a fun day!
