Today is the 1st cut on tees. We are not walk mowing approaches because I simply do not have the labor to do so.
Fairways received their 2nd cut of the year today.
We are edging yardage markers and sprinkler heads, trying to get as many details completed as possible by Saturday.
The front nine greens were mowed for the 1st time yesterday. I will be mowing the Back nine this afternoon. Height of cut is .156. They will be very slow and bumpy until they are able to heal from aerification.
Chad is busy prepping areas for hydroseeding tomorrow. In addition to native fescue areas, we will also be doing wildflowers in a few smaller areas. The end result will be beautiful and rustic.
