I spent yesterday afternoon with the new gentleman responsible for growing vegetables and produce for Old Edwards Inn. OEI recently purchased the old helicopter landing pad in the Meadows (just past the Hospital) and converted it to more raised beds. Last year, I had a good working relationship and was able to purchased green house grown plugs for the HCC gardens from Dave Taylor who managed the operation. Dave moved back to his home state and Sid Blalock is the new person in charge.
