CGCSA is currently holding its winter meeting in Charleston, SC. Brian, a 2nd year board member was just appointed as the chapter delegate to the national GCSAA and will also serve as the NC legislative action committee chairman. The CGCSA currently employees a lobbyist on retainer in case issues arrive concerning water use or other issues that could impact golf course management in the Carolinas.
