On my walk this afternoon, I took this picture of an aerification plug off of the 1st fairway. You can see on it, the layering that was created as a result of sand topdressing fairways. This plug can read like the rings on a tree. Each ring represents a year of heavy topdressing in the winter. There are areas on the golf course we raised up 4-6" as a result of sand applications. That is pretty impressive thanks to a solid commitment to topdressing.
