The Town of Highlands will be doing some work in the next 2 weeks to improve visibility down 106 as you turn onto 106 via Arnold Road. This has been a hot issue in town the last month or so due to an off premise directional sign for OEI's the Farm. If you see aggressive cutting on this bank, this is the reason.
