As a new addition to the blog we will be offering an update every Monday morning. This update will include the weather forecast for the week along with any larger projects that we have planned for the week. Above is the forecast for the week from highlandsweather.net. After a large rain system moved through this past weekend to date we have received 3.25" of rain in total. Overall this week we are seeing a slight increase in temperatures and hope to see this trend continue. There is a chance of rain everyday this week, but hopefully it will be afternoon showers for the most part.
A project we plan to work on this week are some cleaning and trimming along the pond bank on #18. A couple of the rhododendron planted there could use to be shaped up slightly along with that we will be planting some hydrangea to help give a more "full" look to the bank. with that we will continue our regular maintenance in preparation for the rotary golf tournament on Monday of next week.
