Irrigation Shut Down

Today with the rain, it has allowed us to drain our irrigation system for the winter.  For this process there are a series of valves located on the golf course that need to be opened.  In order to do this we shut the pumps off then travel around and open each of these to drain any excess water in the lines.  This process is similar to when you shut the water off in your home then open a faucet to drain it completely
