Friday

As I said in a past post, the excessive rainfall in August made golf course maintenance difficult on a number of fronts. In addition to that, the constant play during those times only compounds the issues. Cart traffic along side the cart paths takes a beating as well as mower traffic. We have a few pallets of sod coming on Monday morning that will help address some of these issues. A major eye sore has been the “two-track” path behind the 15th green. That will change on Monday when new sod is installed along the path. There are a number of other areas being addressed as well on Monday. This will be a good step in making the golf course the best it can be for the fall season. Other than areas impacted by excessive rain, the golf course is in excellent shape and the autumn of ‘25 will be excellent!
